Protected access
Role-based access separates staff, administrators, and platform administration. Session controls, password hashing, optional multi-factor authentication, and revocable sessions protect account access.
Credential handling
Mailbox credentials and integration secrets are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back to users. API credentials can be issued and revoked individually.
No full-email retention
Message bodies, full headers, attachments, and .eml copies are accessed transiently while routing and forwarding, then discarded. Subjects, addresses, assignments, routing decisions, and delivery outcomes remain available as operational metadata.
Traceable processing
Message metadata, routing, delivery outcomes, configuration changes, and system events are recorded so administrators can understand what happened and respond to problems.
