Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Inbox Distro may be used to receive, classify, assign, and forward messages the customer is lawfully authorized to access and process.

Prohibited activity

• Unauthorized mailbox access, credential theft, impersonation, or circumvention of access controls.
• Spam, unlawful marketing, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, or deception.
• Processing information in violation of privacy, employment, communications, export, intellectual-property, or other law.
• Probing, attacking, disrupting, overloading, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
• Using the service for protected health information, complete payment-card data, classified material, or specially regulated data without a written agreement covering required safeguards.
• Reselling, sublicensing, competitive benchmarking, or automated access outside documented APIs without permission.

Enforcement

We may investigate and restrict or suspend affected access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others. When practicable, customers will receive notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious, repeated, unlawful, or security-threatening activity may result in termination.
